1 What this is
Nightdesk is a working demonstration of a reporting automation, built by Danylo Pravda. Invited test runs are free, funded by the owner. There is nothing to buy inside this site - a tailored build is agreed separately, in writing.
2 You review, you send
Nightdesk assembles and checks reports, and a person approves what goes out. You are responsible for what you send, publish, or file. Nightdesk is a tool, not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Suggestions in an edition are options to consider, never professional advice.
3 As-is
Provided as-is, without warranties. If something looks wrong, tell us and do not send it - the whole product is built to make wrong numbers refuse to ship, and we want to know when anything slips.
4 Your material
You confirm you own the spreadsheets and material you upload. We use them only to assemble your editions - never to train anything, never shared, never sold.
5 The introduction
Clicking 'start the conversation' starts a conversation. Any actual build is governed by a separate written agreement with its own limits of responsibility.
